The grapes are picked by hand, plot by plot and according
to each variety to obtain perfectly healthy, ripe fruit. The bunches
are sorted, gently destemmed and crushed before vatting.


Cropping techniques have remained traditional.Ploughing, debudding, leaf thinning and green harvesting are all essential factors to ensure a harvest of top quality grapes.
